Magdorable specializes in the sale of vintage and second-hand fashion magazines and books. Each item is unique and may show signs of age or wear.

2. Products and Descriptions
We strive to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible.
However, please note:
All items are pre-owned and may have imperfections, such as creases, small tears, or discoloration consistent with age. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device screen.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€). Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected. Payment is required at checkout and can be made through the available secure payment methods. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
We aim to dispatch items within 1 - 3 business days after receiving payment.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and postal service. We are not responsible for postal delays, customs processing times, or import duties/taxes that may apply in your country. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

5. Returns and Refunds
We truly hope you will love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, for example the wrong item was sent, or the item was significantly misdescribed in the product listing, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. In such cases, please contact us with photos and details. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Once we receive the item back safely, we will issue your refund promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magdorable shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Loss or damage caused by postal services or customs delays. Any inaccuracies in product descriptions beyond reasonable human error.
Your use of the website and purchase of any product is at your own risk.
